I managed to find and use one routine specifically for GIFs and it maintained the transparency but the color was very bad. The problem is that the transparency is eliminated/replaced with black by GDI+. I have read and attempted to implement every single image routine I could find that supposedly helps deal with transparent GIF and PNG files when they are resized. There's also a more lightweight version called Moonlight Tales - Werewolf Essentials that includes many of the features, but is less of an overhaul. Moonlight Tales (Overhaul) is by far my favorite werewolf mod. In addition you can transform into green bane that has different set of abilities and offer different type of gamplay and additional abilities like: camouflage - partial invisibility, poisoned claws (very deadly, slow and sophistiated) and heat sense (very sophisticated and realistic). In short the mod allows completely different werewolf experience that the one from Dawnguard or other mods. Supports the most common image formats including RAW.One more plus point for nomacs – advanced settings are hidden for regular users as long as they are not turned on. And the transition effects, aesthetics and slideshow modes are incredibly beautiful. While GPicView has no image editing features as such, nomacs in its light bulk come with some useful editing features. However, I came across a strong contender today – nomacs. GPicView is the viewer of my choice when it comes to images.
